WACKO MARIA x NANGA 'Mountain Parka' & 'Anorak' for Spring/Summer '23
With neither party a stranger to collaboration, WACKO MARIA and NANGA unveil their joint series for Spring/Summer ‘23, presenting their combined take on the Mountain Parka and Anorak - two archetypal outerwear silhouettes that little introduction.
Lending its technical expertise on the matter, NANGA handles that side of things whereas WACKO MARIA lends its signature design touches in the form of playful colours and patterns. Inspired by the iconic ‘Mountain Parka’ design, the jacket features a snap-button opening and original patterning, with three colours to choose from: leopard/black, purple/black and black. Where the ‘Anorak’ is concerned, it is made using NANGA’s proprietary AURORA-TEX®︎ technology which is recognised for its waterproof and breathable properties - there is a choice of an iconic leopard print or low-key black.
Both jackets feature collaborative branding with NANGA’s logo found on the shoulder and WACKO MARIA taking centre stage on the chest.
