Heritage Meets Streetwear in Aries and Baracuta’s Debut Collaboration
Aries and Baracuta collaborate for the first time on an exclusive capsule collection that consists of two upcycled Baracuta silhouettes with an assembly of Aries in-house graphics: the G9 Harrington Jacket and G12 Mac Coat.
In a fusion of heritage meets modern, Baracuta and Aries present a nuanced take on two outerwear silhouettes that have outlasted a generation. Despite the contrast between the two labels, this brings them closer together, juxtaposing a quintessentially British namesake with a nouveau streetwear brand. The result is an Aries take on the G9 Harrington Jacket and G12 Mac Coat which have been constructed from the original Baracuta cloth and the graphics are laser-etched in Aries factory in Northern Italy. Retaining their Fraser Tartan lining, the jackets come in Army Green, Tan or Black.
