For Autumn/Winter ‘24, Studio Nicholson continues its study of clothing archetypes, paying homage to iconic pop culture moments from years gone by and the daily uniforms worn by those who worked in high-fashion ateliers.
The collection is replete with the usual suspects, from skiing-inspired down jackets to overcoats crafted from a double cotton plaid fabric, knitwear made using blends of natural materials and legwear in various cuts. Studio Nicholson utilises a mix of fabrics to create solid and bold silhouettes that hold shape; for example, overcoats that are roomy without being bulky and cumbersome. Expanding its womenswear offering into Autumn/Winter ‘24, featured styles include the Joyce Blazer with its collarless finish, the multi-functional belted shirt dress Mor, the boxy draped Emmet top, and the Carson skirt, which is essentially the skirt iteration of the best-selling Studio Nicholson Dordoni pant.
