Hender Scheme Applies its Touch to Timberland's Signature 3-Eye Lug Boat Shoe

Hender Scheme and Timberland mark their debut collaboration with a fitting interpretation of the latter’s 3-Eye Lug Handsewn Boat Shoe, reinterpreted using Hender Scheme’s unique leather craftsmanship.

In line with Hender Scheme’s signature design cues, the 3-Eye Lug Boat Shoe has been reupholstered using vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Japanese tanneries, which will develop a highly unique and individualised patina over time. Some notable features include leather eyelets that resemble the traditional metal ones, a removable decorated leather kilt for enhanced charm, handstitched upper, and select branding. While the lookbook seemingly showcases several versions of the silhouette, this just highlights the leather's ageing process and what will occur over time.
