MARKAWARE Spring/Summer '19
While FW18 fought off the cold embrace of the Winter season, SS19 aims to shield oneself from the worries of slim silhouettes. Boxy in its overall look — with enlarged pockets exhibiting quite the same motif — MARKAWARE presents a forthcoming range of inspired pieces with no stops pulled.
Though not entirely associated with the season, lighweight trench coats arrive in a signature tan tone, complimenting and foretelling the muted palettes of its other cohorts. Harrington jackets alongside multi-pocket blousons showcase two sides of this minimalist/maximalist spectrum, with complimentary shirting and trousers finding their own place throughout the middle. Plaid prints, faded blues, subtle floral graphic plays complete an air of playfulness, which coincides well in the overall direction. Smart-leaning styles add a bit of refinement though their appearance is surely far from their corporate standards.
