F-LAGSTUF-F Spring/Summer '20
Making full use of all available inspirations, Japanese label F-LAGSTUF-F goes beyond the boundaries of its works prior with a collection fittingly entitled “Fictional.” Playful all-over prints, standout pieces of unorthodox militaria, and further plays on athletics come together for an expansive SS20 showcase.
Despite not needing that extra bit of warmth, the seasonal range is ripe with outerwear: though pieces aren’t of the same bulk -- with no appearance from down fill or insulating wools -- offerings like the double-breasted blazer, back-print blouson, and army jacket are surely welcome additions for the rare chilly day. The latter piece, shedding its more serious interpretations, features an ornate graphic across the covering blue backdrop, a slight floral aesthetic shared by the breadth of camp collar shirting. Utility by way of vests and sling pouches act in cohesion of some of the many rain parkas, which are no stranger to the bold as some opt for black and white chevrons, neon blues with compartments in spades, or even classic yellows in poncho constructions. These, however, are in no way close to matching the lively artwork almost impossible to miss on Nobuyuki Murayama’s selection of work jackets and short-sleeve tops.
Grab a look at all that and more right here and expect to find pieces at retailers later in 2020.
