monkey time Helps The North Face Purple Label Dress Up The Down Parka

With much colder weather ahead of us, almost each and every label has been gearing up pieces with down-fill at their center, though among some of the best overseas, few have consistently brought in their own style as monkey time often does. Unorthodox yet at its core familiar, their latest partnership with The North Face Purple Label is composed solely of one style while still leaving little to be desired.

Easily an everyday staple, the Mountain Short Down Parka is given a treatment most minimal: seeing to the United Arrows sub-label’s  influence, each option -- of the total four -- is styled characteristically oversized with models each wearing a tag size XXL. Their 65/35 constructions are seen in either a neutral set of navy and black or a more adventurous arrangement of both brown and deep purple, the last matching that of the outdoors brand’s most revered Japanese line. Elsewhere, the body of the piece is quite ordinary: embroidered logos sit at the arm pocket, button fasteners blend in tonally, and drawstrings bear subtle rope patterns.

For a detailed look at each offering, find it right here, and expect to see them available at a host of stores from November 8th to November 15th at a retail of ¥59,000 Yen.
