LOVELESS Teams Up with Artist NO PANTIES for Graphic Heavy Capsule
Right in time for their 15th anniversary, retailer LOVELESS recruits up-and-coming talent NO PANTIES for a graphic-heavy take on rockabilly staples. Utilizing motifs inspired by that very same era, the artist captures the essence of retro through the lens of the 21st century.
Quite straightforward, all in all, the range refrains from delving too far out of the common comfort zone, only covering basics in screenprint and dressing up more fashionable signatures in silken materials. The latter, which take the shape of bomber jackets and joggers, arrive in a small assortment of distinct hues -- red, purple, and then black to round things off -- with a back patch depictive of a pin-up girl, bright red lipstick and all. Elegant font of “Love Less” lies right below, adding a finishing touch to artwork distinct from what’s found on the hoodies and tees. Barren (mostly) of color, this black and white print shows the same character as the aforementioned spritzing a vintage pump perfume near giant lettering of “15 Push.”
