nanamica and Reebok Combine Retro and Nautical Themes for Their Capsule Collection

nanamica and Reebok Combine Retro and Nautical Themes for Their Capsule Collection

Reebok Special Project’s latest collaboration heads to Japan as it joins forces with outdoor label nanamica to create a capsule collection inspired by retro-designs and colorways of the sea.

The four-piece collection is headlined by the latest iteration of the Club C model fused with elements of the iconic 80’s high-top Alien Stomper silhouette. The low-top sneaker, which comes in minimalist black and white colorways and a gum sole, reminiscent of the German Army Trainer, features the Alien Stomper velcro lace strap, forgoing the hassle of laces alongside a suede-branded tongue. A matching top and bottom track suit based on the 90’s takes cues from nanamica’s relaxed fitting and boxy silhouettes and is made from 100% cotton corduroy for a soft feel and draped look. Reebok branding is large yet subtle, coming in sea green colorways that contrast perfectly with black. Lastly, the tee utilizes nanamica’s Katakana Box Logo as the canvas with the Reebok logo alongside the nanamica logo on Sagara embroidery.

The capsule collection will release on November 30 at nanamica stores and their online shop.
