Ron Herman Teams Up With WTAPS, DESCENDANT, G-SHOCK and More to Celebrate 10 Years in Japan
In 2009, California lifestyle boutique Ron Herman opened the doors to its first store in Tokyo which would later be followed by over 20 locations throughout the country. To celebrate its 10th anniversary in Japan, Ron Herman has teamed up with WTAPS, DESCENDANT, MADE IN GM JAPAN and G-SHOCK for a range of limited edition items.
For the occasion, WTAPS serves up an asymmetric tee reminiscent of its ripper sweat which features some of the label’s most popular graphics in recent years both at the front and at the back. Tetsu Nishiyama’s other label, DESCENDANT, presents a purple pullover smock constructed of SUPPLEX® NYLON featuring a co-branded patch on the right sleeve adorned with the international maritime flags for the letters “R” and “D”. Other than that, MADE IN GM JAPAN presents a pair of limited boots while G-SHOCK has created a custom version of its GLX-5600 model finished off with Ron Herman’s logo throughout.
