mfpen Spring/Summer '20

Looking to brighter times through rose-colored tint, mfpen creates an SS20 range that quite perfectly encapsulates Scandinavia’s brief transition between Winter and Spring. Pieces, fittingly, are not married to any which season, finding balance through a diverse ensemble made for the most hopeless of romantics.

Date ready is most certainly the theme of the occasion, often toting the line between wholly smart and just barely business casual. Quality is kept refined with minimalism tuned to a similarly high frequency; tops, which vary between colored collared shirting, checkered blousons, and pastel knitwear, are among an accompanying set of simplistic trousers whose presentation intentionally blends into the background. Outerwear, though few in number, offer up the same loose cuts in an air of more formality: its options for coats are true to the iconic Mac styling -- save for some playful patterned embellishments along the inside collar -- while blazers are either left bare or with a subtle striped detailing.
