ROARINGWILD Autumn/Winter '19

An interesting mix of two distinct and polar opposite styles, ROARINGWILDs latest collection infuses elements of formality in an effort to further broaden the scope of streetwear itself. Pieces, which include suit sets and equally smart shirting, are balanced out by striking utilitarianism and some tones rarely associated with their framing of choice.

Palettes, though still of their fair share of whites and solid blacks, bear pastels in spades as many a piece dresses down from their respective expectations; double-breasted blazers as well as standard variants tonally construct in mints and playful magenta, serving as a counterpoint to the rest of the dark dressed and full white ensembles. As is fitting of an AW19 range, outerwear arrive especially strong in their fur linings or bulky down fill. Parkas of more militaristic influence as well as accompanying BDU jackets add a flair signature and quite familiar while still retaining the wide cuts prominent throughout the rest of the line-up. Edging the line between both sides, even classic leather jackets stand next to loose, oversized tracksuits, finishing off strong with an assortment hats as deep as inspirations are extensive.
