SOUTH2 WEST8 returns for Spring/Summer ‘21 with a city-centric lookbook, presenting garments designed with technical details inspired by Tenkara fly fishing that are ready to wear in urban or outdoor settings.
Kaname Nagaoka’s label continues to infuse bold graphics, patterns, and colorways into more city-friendly options. Lightweight mid-layer styles are highlighted throughout the lookbook, manifested in the form of purple hue camo zip-up jackets, leopard patterend coach jackets, and colorful full length dresses. SOUTH2 WEST8 goes another step further by patchworking multiple military-inspired camo designs onto their overshirt and trousers. Workwear influences are especially visible in their white painter trousers and overalls while the staple fishing vests are updated with brightly colored tie-dye patterns. Complementing the bold graphics and patterns are subtle, contemporary garments such as v-neck sweaters and striped jacket-trouser sets. Their usual line of accessories include trucker hats, bucket hats, bandannas, and shoulder bags.
