Descente x Vivastudio Channel Technical Streetwear in Latest Collaboration
Descente and Vivastudio bring together their individual skillsets on this technical-oriented capsule for Autumn/Winter ‘20.
Descente has a long-standing reputation as leaders in the sportswear technology industry and they consistently deliver when it comes to technical clothing. This, combined with Vivastudio’s streetwear-focused approach results in a functional and minimal collection that plays to the suits of both labels. The resulting product ensemble covers cargo pants, ponchos, down-insulated outerwear and leather jackets, all rounded off with technical design features and co-branding. As per, Descente adopts their high-quality materials and fabric technology to create the ultimate barrier against the elements for the wearer. ‘Heat Navi’, for example, which is utilised on the down outerwear pieces, converts infrared rays that penetrate the jacket into heat to provide insulation. A highly breathable and water-resistant material called ‘Dermizax’ is used on the poncho and puffer for increased weather-proofing.
The collection will be released Friday, 4th September via select stockists and Descente’s online store.
