Founded in 2002, Nepenthes sub-label SOUTH2 WEST8, led by Kaname Nagaoka, continues their tradition of crafting Tenkara fly fishing-inspired garments for outdoor and urban wear as they present their Autumn/Winter ‘21 collection.
The highlight of the collection is the varied camo patterns displayed across hooded shells, field vests, and crewnecks. Their Horn Camo design is utilized for their Crusher Hat, Knit Weather Effect Jacket, and cotton jersey String Sweat Pant while Indian-inspired patterns are boldly showcased across blazer jackets and cotton oxford shirts. Never lacking in functionality, the signature Tenkara Parka and its Shirt counterpart are packed with storage pockets alongside the River Trek Over Vest and River Trek Jacket. The outer layers are complimented by warm midlayers including Lined Coveralls and Insulator Jackets and Skirts while relaxed-fitting trousers and skirts are perfect for outdoor movement.
