Sillage Readies a Muay Thai Inspired Drop

Sillage continues its travel inspired series as they reveal their latest capsule and this time the brand is going back to its director’s roots, more specifically to Thailand.

Thailand is a country with a rich culture which is widely known for its gastronomy, architecture and martial arts among other things, the latter which serves as the main inspiration behind the new capsule. Although Yuthanan has never practiced Muay Thai himself, he’s always been fascinated by the many factors of the sport whether it’s the fighter’s determination and discipline or the respect that the boxers have for each other.

For its latest drop, Sillage enlisted the Fukuoka based artist Hitomi to draw a pair of Muay Thai boxers that has been turned into an all over print. Consisting of a blazer, a multi pocket shirt, a circular pant, circular shorts, a pair of hakama pants and a helmet cap, the collection is sure to include everything you’d need for the Spring days.

Additionally the full lineup will also be available in a VENTILE® version without the all over print in either beige, navy or khaki.

Check out the full set of looks below and expect the collection to release this Saturday, April 17th at 12:00 JST exclusively via Sillage.
