CMF Outdoor Garment Spring/Summer 22
Comfort meets function in CMF Outdoor Garment’s Spring/Summer ‘22 collection which plays host to a range of function-focused apparel and accessories.
Conceived by Makoto of Tokyo’s, Lost Hills store, CMF Outdoor Garments is consistently pushing the extent to which they can combine functionality and comfort, all whilst drawing on the technical nature of outdoor clothing. For Spring/Summer ‘22, outerwear plays with the idea of modularity as we see cargo vests layered atop of longer coats, as per usual boasting plentiful pockets, waterproof zippers and exaggerated zipper pulls. It doesn’t end there as multi-pocket coats, fleece jackets and modern interpretations of the kimono fall into the mix. In line with the matched season, shorts are a key component with 2-in-1 styles and bulbous cargo pocket shorts both playing their part. Luggage accessories are constructed using Dyneema® fabric technology which is known for its unmatched durability and lightweight nature, making it the excellent component to daily accessories. With the addition of seam taping, they allow for a certain degree of waterproofing, too. Other pieces in the collection include playful interpretation of rugby shirts, casual shirting, underwear and graphic embued sweatshirts.
As per usual, the lookbook has been shot in a no-nonsense manner against a white backdrop that allows the detailing of the garments to shine on. With male and female models next to one another in some shots, it shows the unisex side of CMF Outdoor Garment.
