BEAMS and SLOW Develop a Series of Collaborative Bags

BEAMS has teamed up with SLOW to create a limited series of luggage items crafted with care and precision.

Known for its conscious and ‘slow’ approach to design, SLOW is a label that is synonymous with quality, sharing many parallels with BEAMS. Putting their minds together, the pair has brought out the ‘1973 Helmet Bag’ and ‘1973 Personal Effects Bag’ that are loosely based around the design of rugged military pieces except they have been brought up to a modern specification through the use of soft, supple leather and nubuck respectively. Each bag is finished with a purple quilted interior and zipper pulls with matching material to compliment the upper. Both bags are available in a choice of black or alive and the Helmet Bag comes in two sizes, either Small or Medium, depending on your desired use.

The Helmet Bag is due to release from BEAMS’ online store and in-store locations on Thursday, 30th of June with the Personal Effects Bag scheduled for the 9th of July.

Take a closer look at the pieces below.
