EASTLOGUE Showcases Their Spring/Summer '19 Offering in 'Flower District' Editorial

South Korean label, EASTLOGUE, has unveiled their Spring/Summer ‘19 editorial titled ‘Flower District’, which takes inspiration from an area in the middle of Manhattan, spanning across 6th and 7th Street, known as the ‘Flower District’. This is the third editorial to come from Lee’s label this season, all of which have entirely separate identities and themes.

With EASTLOGUE, we’re accustom to seeing re-interpretations of military apparel, but for this season they’ve taken a slight detour. Their Spring/Summer ‘19 collection takes cues from safari-wear and outdoors apparel, with some functionality in the form of multi-pocket designs and hidden zippers. The M43 Jacket, which has detachable sleeves that allow you to transform the jacket into a short-sleeve shirt, is styled harmoniously alongside the Wagon Shorts. There are four different flowers featured in the editorial - Iris, Gerbera, Pomfom chrysanthemum and Paradise Harmony - which have all been carefully selected to inspire positivity in gloomy urban settings. The images for the editorial have been shot with very little interference from natural or artificial light, therefore drawing your attention to the clothing itself.

View the editorial in full below. You can now shop select pieces from their S/S 19 collection from Alpha Shadows.
